- I have to agree here.
-
- We want the Amiga to blossom back into what it was intended to always be,
- but we put a slow cpu in it so that 'common' games like DOOM on other
- platforms play all jerky and slow on the Amiga. An 040 allows these games
- to be played properly. And since 3D programs and games are going to
- continue to be a larger part of the future, this speed (even if it costs
- a more) is critical. Please stick with the 68040 and newer CPU's!
-
- Also, if they do include any CPU w/o an MMU or FPU, I hope they make it
- easy to upgrade the whole CPU, and/or include sockets on the mother board
- for external MMU and FPU chips.
-
- I love what I am hearing about the 'Walker', except the slower CPU, same
- audio and same video. Granted, I didn't expect miracles, but the CPU is
- the least difficult of the 3 to impliment, and would make a lot of difference.

- PS. Will I be able to purchase the 'Walker' in the United States? We have
- money over here too ya know!!
